No mail is to be addressed to or recieved at rental home. Occasional Mailing(s) during your stay, is to be addressed to Management Company for delivery & picked up.

Home is privately owned and operated. Pool is without a Life Guard. All swimmers swim at their own risk.

Management Company and homeowner reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who occupies the premises.Homeowner/Management will not be responsible for accidental injury to guests,loss of life,money,jewelry,or valuables of any kind.

CHILD SAFETY-DOOR ALARM located on the living room sliding glass door, and the 2nd bathroom door, that allows access to Patio/Pool area. It's the sole responsibility of Booking Guest, and guests to supervise younger guest at the home, in & around pool.

Please be advised that legally, a maximum of 8 people can occupy the house during your stay.
